JRL identified the property and helped client successfully close on a 23-acre commercial parcel on Daniels Parkway and a second property facing I-75 with an existing building and two adjacent development parcels. JRL partnered with the client and pre-leased and leased the properties and assisted with the property management.

Aberdeen Business Park is a two story Office Building with 26,000 SF. JRL has succesfully managed and handled the leasing of the property since 2007. In 2016 JRL successfully sold the propert to another owner and still manage the building to the new owner.
Two story office building Class A with 26,000 SF. JRL facilitated the due diligence for the client, assembled reputable contractors and managed a detailed physical analysis of the property. Through the inspections we were able to negotiate a $120,000 credit to the buyer at closing. After the closing we managed all repairs to the property.
JRL identified the pre-construction Walgreens property for client. After some diligence it was successfully secured and negotiated a favorable price with the developer. The client closed on the property shortly after the Certificate of Occupancy was issued.
JRL was hired to manage the 56,000 sf Class B office building. During JRL's tenure the company was able to put in place preventive maintenance programs, project manage new construction, manage the parking lot operations, negotiate new vendor contracts, and address open permit issues.
